Stays longer than 30 days:
We offer month to month stays as well as 3-12 month leases for a flat rate of $1650 a month. A damage deposit of $500, cleaning fee of $200, and a lease signed by both parties is required to be signed by tenant. The deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage to the home, furniture or linens. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
The Space:
Our cozy tiny home is tucked away in the country with Hill Country views in a private, peaceful setting. This beautiful, quaint tiny home is the ideal retreat for your relaxing vacation getaway. With an open concept living space, the living room features comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV with Wi-Fi. The full kitchen has a range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and everything you would need for cooking. The kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary K-cups and creamers. The master has a comfortable queen size bed, and there are two twin size bunks as well. A full bath with shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap are also provided. Enjoy your private covered porch while watching for fireflies and listening to the area’s wildlife. The Casitas at Copper Ridge is gated with private parking, natural beauty and solitude, making your stay restful and relaxing.
