This quaint tiny home offers quiet escape from the bustle of city life but is just a few miles from the downtown historic district of Liberty Hill, and close to Hwy 183 and Hwy 29 for easy access to surrounding cities. Explore the cities of Austin, Georgetown, Leander, and Round Rock or head west to experience the many destinations in the Texas Hill Country. The Texas Wine Trail and the Highland Lakes are major attractions for visitors.

Stays longer than 30 days:
We offer month to month stays as well as 3-12 month leases for a flat rate of $1650 a month. A damage deposit of $500, cleaning fee of $200, and a lease signed by both parties is required to be signed by tenant. The deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage to the home, furniture or linens. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
The Space:
The Austria boasts a queen-size bed downstairs and one queen bed in the upstairs loft, which gives you plenty of room. Comfortable seating with a flat screen smart TV greet you in the cozy living room. In case you want to stay in and eat, in the spacious kitchen you will find a range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, housewares to meet your culinary needs, and a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary K-cups and creamers. In the full bath with shower, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. The windows in the living room area offer wonderful views of the private property and surrounding country setting from the comfort of the couch. A beautiful space to relax, read a book, work, and/or dine.

For short term stays (1-21 nights) a $50 dollar cleaning fee applies
For long term stays (greater than 21 nights) a $200 cleaning fee applies.
