Stays longer than 14 days:
We do offer stays longer than 14 days for a flat rate of $2,100 a month. A deposit of $750.00 by check or cash is required up front as well as an agreement of understanding signed by both parties at the time of check in. The deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage to the home, furniture, or linens. Pets are NOT allowed. To book an extended stay, please message the host directly to discuss details.
The Space:
A quiet refuge, this tiny home has all the comforts you’d expect. The private and spacious master boasts plushy linens and a cozy queen size bed. The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch which can be converted into a bed, and a flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. The living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen with range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all the housewares to meet your culinary needs. It is also equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary K-cups and creamers. In the full bath with a shower, you will find complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

A deposit of $500 is required for all month to month stays.

For short term stays (1-21 nights) a $50 dollar cleaning fee applies
For long term stays (greater than 21 nights) a $200 cleaning fee applies.
