Our Rates
Stays longer than 30 days:
We offer month to month stays as well as 3-12 month leases for a flat rate of $1650 a month. A damage deposit of $500, cleaning fee of $200, and a lease signed by both parties is required to be signed by tenant. The deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage to the home, furniture or linens. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
The Space:
The Damask is a stylish tiny home with comfort and charm. Spacious enough for a couple and roomy enough for 4 guests, the Damask is a charming mix of modern and rustic. Inside you will find a comfortable queen size bed in the private master bedroom, full bath with shower, a full kitchen, and a seating area with a cozy queen size pull-out couch and large flat screen television and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary K-cups and creamers, as well as all the housewares you would need for dining at home.
In the bathroom, complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided.
Outside is a private covered porch overlooking the gorgeous nature that surrounds you. The grounds are gated with private parking. This tiny home is a little slice of heaven in the country.
