Our Rates
Stays longer than 30 days:
We offer month to month stays as well as 3-12 month leases for a flat rate of $1650 a month. A damage deposit of $500, cleaning fee of $200, and a lease signed by both parties is required to be signed by tenant. The deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage to the home, furniture or linens. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
The Space:
Guests will find this tiny home has everything they need for a quiet and relaxing time in the country. The Westerland comes with a fully stocked kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, range/oven, a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary K-cups and creamers. Whether you like dining out or dining in, everything you need to prepare a quick snack, or a fabulous meal is provided. You will find a comfortable queen size bed in the private bedroom and a full bathroom with shower. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap are also provided. Guests can watch tv, cozy up on the sofa with their favorite book while enjoying the peace and quiet, or relax on the private covered porch while experiencing the country setting. Truly a home away from home.

A deposit of $500 is required for all month to month stays.
Additional Information:
For short term stays (1-21 nights) a $50 dollar cleaning fee applies
For long term stays (greater than 21 nights) a $200 cleaning fee applies.
